How does the free trial work?
A full 30-day trial of the core catalog — no credit card, cancel any time. Add a plan when you’re ready to keep going.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from billing settings — changes are prorated to the day.
Which plans include SSO?
SSO via SAML 2.0 and OIDC is included from Basic upward. SCIM 2.0 lifecycle provisioning is an Enterprise feature.
Where is my data stored?
Your data at rest is in the United States, under a GDPR Article 28 data processing agreement on every plan. A small number of sub-processors — payments and error tracking among them — operate outside that plane; the data-residency declaration lists every one and the safeguards that apply.
What if I outgrow my plan limits?
Upgrade any time; service and user limits scale by tier, and Enterprise removes them entirely with unlimited services and users.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Yes, any time from billing settings. Self-serve plans have no lock-in contracts — Enterprise terms are set in your agreement.
